Project Partners

The I-94/Brockton Lane Interchange Project is a collaborative effort led by the City of Dayton. A Project Steering Committee meets regularly to provide input on recommendations, assess progress and respond to issues raised among members of the public. Project partners include:

  • City of Dayton
  • City of Rogers
  • City of Maple Grove
  • City of Corcoran
  • Hassan Township
  • Federal Highway Administration
  • Minnesota Department of Transportation
  • Metropolitan Council
  • Hennepin County
  • Three Rivers Park District
  • Community representatives
  • Special interest groups
  • Local business and private sector partners

In addition to support among project partners and local units of government, members of the business community have also expressed their strong support for construction of the I-94/Brockton Lane Interchange. Dozens of letters in favor of the project have been received in an effort to raise the visibility and need for interchange access at this location. Medical facilities, emergency responders, building trade organizations, contractors associations, business owners, commuters and local residents have expressed the benefit these improvements would provide for a wide ranging spectrum of needs.

The City of Dayton continues to be diligent in its efforts to work collectively with their partners agencies, elected officals and members of the business community and general public to inform others of the opportunities the project presents, particularly in terms of the advantages public-private partnerships can bring to major transportation projects.
